Poseidon's
Quest
departs from Eritrea or Sharem el Sheikh: A luxury yacht 93' in length, the 5 cabins
consist of one compact double, and four spacious twins fitted with static bunks and solid
mahogany fixed furniture, each cabin having private baths fitted with power-showers,
vanity unit and electric low-level toilets. The twin cabins also have the ability to
include two additional pullman bunks that can be folded when not being used. The boat
accommodates 10 to 16 passengers, and is fully air conditioned. A luxuriously fitted
dining room holds 16 comfortably, and divers can sit back to enjoy a video library of
tapes on the 29" TV, or read one of the books in the library. The dining room is
situated between the dining room and galley, fitted in high quality furnishings, with
fresh water and a fresh coffee dispenser to give guests complete enjoyment of the highest
standards. All but the bar is included in cost. Dive trips are offered for durations
usually for 6-days or 7-nights, and include a dive and tour of Egypt. Twice each year, the
Poseidon's Quest offers cruises that run the entire length of the Red Sea. In June, divers
board in Eritrea and cruise 700 miles to Sharem el Shiekh, and in late September divers
board in Sharem el Sheikh for the return trip to Eritrea. Along the way, your experiences
will be both fun and memorable. Reefs are generally untouched, and among the most
beautiful in the world, with walls of pastel soft corals, or along reef complexes for
frequent encounters with gray, hammerhead and silvertip sharks, manta rays, turtles, or
other pelagics. Trips here may be the best dive cruises in the world today for underwater
photography, with sublime backdrops, gardens of twenty or more huge red-bodied anemones,
and reeftops with a riot of flashing tropical fish to offer delightful contrasts and hues.

Shaab Mahmoud. Im mördlichen Teil des Roten
Meeres liegen zahlreiche Wracks in meist geringen Tiefen.
